Farewell To Queen Elizabeth II, Who 'Deserved This Goodbye'
Veteran broadcaster, and North Shore resident, Juliet Huddy, is an anglophile who says the monarchy will only "become stronger."

LONG ISLAND, NY — The U.K. and the world said a final farewell to Queen Elizabeth II on Monday at the funeral for the iconic monarch.
The queen died on Sept. 8 at age 96.
Juliet Huddy, the former WABC Radio and Fox News host, has an affinity for the Royals.

"She was a respectable person and she was committed to her country," Huddy on Monday's "Patch AM" said. "She deserved this goodbye."
While some critics think the vintage values of the monarchy are outdated, Huddy thinks it's here to stay.

"I think it's going to become even stronger," she said.
Huddy expects Charles, 73, to make a good king, with a relatively short time likely on the throne, compared to his mother's 70-year tenure.
"You can just see the love and admiration that people, not just in Great Britain, United Kingdom and the commonwealths, but all around the world have for William and Kate, and their children," Huddy said.
