Fatal Nassau Overdose Leads To 3 Arrests: Police
Detectives seized more than $14,000 and numerous drugs, including oxycodone and cocaine, police say.

BALDWIN, NY — Three people were arrested Wednesday night in connection to an overdose in Baldwin.
An investigation into a fatal overdose led to the arrests of Andy Salazar, 23, of Freeport; Estiven Membreno, 18, of Roosevelt; and Alia Salway, 23, of Freeport, police said.
They were placed into custody without incident.

During the course of the investigation, detectives recovered more than $14,000 in cash and the following substances to be:
- 262 assorted oxycodone pills
- 88 grams of mushrooms
- 29 LSD tabs
- 4.8 grams of cocaine
- 20 acetaminophen and oxycodone pills
- 54 alprazolam pills
- 8 fluid ounces of promethazine with codeine
- 40 THC edibles
- 91 liquid THC cartridges
- 2 bottles of promethazine hydrochloride
They face charges of criminal sale of a controlled substance and multiple counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

They were expected to be arraigned on Tuesday.
