Missing Hempstead Man Found, Police Say

HEMPSTEAD, NY. — Nassau County police reported Monday that they had found a missing 25-year-old from Hempstead over a week after he had last been seen.

Nassau County police said 25-year-old Dennis Rodriguez Sanabria had last been seen in Hempstead Sunday morning, Mar. 15. Police previously said Sanabria could have been driving a white Mazda CX-5 with Massachusetts plates to an unknown destination.

When initially reporting him missing, police had encouraged anyone with information on Sanabria’s whereabouts to contact the missing persons squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911.

As of Monday afternoon, however, police said he had been located.
