ICYMI: Toys For Tots Kicks Off Annual Holiday Drive On Long Island

The U.S. Marines distributed more than 220,000 toys to Long Island children last year.

LONG ISLAND, NY — T'is the season for giving back to families in need.

The annual Toys for Tots drive is back on Long Island with the U.S. Marines delivering the fun items that get donated.

There will be distribution sites across the island, but due to staff shortage Toys for Toys will not be able to set up donation boxes at each drop location.

Boxes can be picked up at 605 Stewart Ave. in Garden City, weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
