ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — The tanker truck explosion that burned much of the 9,200 gallons of gasoline on Sunrise Highway last week has made no "visible impact" at nearby Mill River, state environment officials said.

Drone footage indicates no environmental concerns downstream of the containment area, Newsday reported.

The river is just south of where the tanker stopped after overturning and colliding with a shop on Feb. 16.
