Man Charged In Connection With Fatal Overdose: Police

ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — A man was taken into custody on Sunday in Rockville Centre in connection with a fatal drug overdose, according to Nassau County Police Department.

Curtis Morgan, 36, of Uniondale, was arrested after an investigation into the overdose death of a Nassau County resident, detectives from the Narcotics and Vice Squad report. Morgan was charged with three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Morgan was scheduled to be arraigned on Monday at First District Court in Hempstead, police said.
