Man Hospitalized After Assault at Baldwin Bar
The man had a laceration on his face from his eye to his chin, police say.

BALDWIN, NY - A man was hospitalized after he was assaulted at a Baldwin bar early Sunday morning, according to Nassau County Police.
Police responded to a disturbance that occurred at the Linx Bar on 2432 Grand Avenue at about 3:49 a.m.
An investigation revealed that in the rear of the building an unknown person (no further description) caused a deep laceration on the left side of the man’s face from the eye to the chin area, using an unknown object, police said.

The victim was transported in a Nassau County police Ambulance to a local area hospital and treated, according to police.
Detectives request that anyone with information regarding the above crime to contact the Nassau County Crime stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
