Man Shot Outside Nassau Home

A man was shot outside a home in Baldwin on Monday night, police said.

According to police, the man, who has not been identified, was shot outside a home on Derby Road in Baldwin at 8:45 p.m. He was taken to a local hospital and is in stable condition.

According to Newsday, the man was shot in the leg and buttock. Police said the incident is still under investigation and could not comment about whether or not the man was targeted.
