Masonic Temple of Rockville Centre Hosts Community Blood Drive

ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — The New York Blood Center (NYBC) is joining forces with the Nassau Masonic District for a blood drive.

It takes place at the Masonic Temple of Rockville Centre on Feb. 24.

The Nassau Masonic District has hosted multiple blood drives per year since 2000, in conjunction with the NYBC.

The Valley of Rockville Centre Scottish Rite is the local chapter of Scottish Rite International, which is an appendant body of Free Masonry.

The blood drive runs from 3-9 p.m. at 28 Lincoln Avenue.

The NYBC says one blood donation can save up to three lives.
