Monte Carlo Night Returns To Rockville Centre For Fundraiser

Monte Carlo is returning to Rockville Centre. Tickets are available now for FOSSI's annual fund raiser, giving you the chance to live the high life while supporting the Sandel Senior Center.

Guests will find the Sandel Center transformed into a glittering casino. Professional dealers, lots of “betting” action, big prizes and music will accompany a light dinner, open bar and spectacular dessert buffet. This year attendees need not worry about parking – Mark Baron, owner of Parking Systems, Inc., is donating his valet parking services, and is joining many other local businesses whose sponsorships ensure the night’s success.

This year's Monte Carlo Night is set for Friday, May 3 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sandel Center, located at 50 South Park Ave. Tickets are $60 per person when purchased in advanced, and $75 at the door.

The night will pay tribute to Village Trustee Emilio Grillo. Grillo was elected to his second term in June 2017. He has served Rockville Centre as a deputy village attorney and village prosecutor since 2004 and is actively involved in village fundraising. In addition to various community organizations, Grillo has served as a coach in the Rockville Centre Little League and Rockville Centre Soccer Club. He is an avid supporter of the Sandel Senior Center and its mission to maximize independence, life satisfaction and vital aging.

FOSSI, or Friends of Senior Services, Inc., is a not-for-profit organization that supports the RVC Department of Senior Services. Many of the programs, activities and upgrades at the Sandel Center are made possible with money FOSSI raises each year.
