More Than 25K Raised At Rock Concert Fundraiser For Ukraine

Long Island Cares will team with food banks to distribute essentials in the war-torn country.

ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — Mulcahy's Pub and Concert Hall filled up for a Ukraine fundraiser on Thursday night.

More than $26,000 was received from the concert, which included money toward a raffle to win a signed Easton guitar.

Patrons not only got a chance to watch musicians, including headliner Elliot Easton, a famed guitarist with The Cars, playing his group's biggest hits, but they also had an open bar and buffet with the admission.
