More Than 400 Toys Distributed Islandwide For Holiday Season
PSEG Long Island collected and distributed the toys and gifts at nine locations across Long Island.
UNIONDALE, NY — PSEG Long Island has a presence in the community and throughout the holiday season, the utility company made it a little brighter for families in need.
More than 400 toys, including board games, action figures, dolls and trucks were donated and distributed across the island.
The gifts were given to children and families at four Nassau County locations:

- Hempstead Hispanic Civic Association
- Long Island Council of Churches in Freeport
- Mary Brennan INN Soup Kitchen and Center for Transformative Change Resource Center in Hempstead
- Our Lady of Good Council in Inwood
Two churches in Suffolk County also handled the toy distribution.
"PSEG Long Island employees support their neighbors with activities like this throughout the year because, along with providing safe and reliable power, community service is an important part of PSEG Long Island’s culture," a spokesperson for PSEG Long Island said.
