Multiple Unlicensed Drivers Arrested: Rockville Centre Police

The Rockville Centre Police Department reported the following incidents for the week ending Oct. 21.

Leaving the Scene of an Auto Accident

  • On Oct. 15 at 6:43 p.m., a driver reported his car was struck by a vehicle that left the scene while it was parked in a lot on Sunrise Highway.

Larceny
  • On Oct. 17 at 12:41 a.m., a clerk at a store on N. Village Avenue reported beer was stolen.
  • On Oct. 17 at 10:32 a.m., a driver reported her laptop was stolen from her car while it was parked in a lot near Merrick Road during the day on Oct. 16.

  • On Oct. 14 at 2:26 p.m., Fabian O. Forde, 29, of Brooklyn, was arrested and charged with first-, second- and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving with a suspended registration and other traffic offenses.
  • On Oct. 15 at 4:25 p.m., Cecil A. Lee, 53, of Jamaica, was arrested and charged with second- and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and other traffic offenses.
  • On Oct. 19 at 10:49 a.m., Freddy J. Maldonado, 42, of Hollis, was arrested and charged with second- and third-degree unlicensed operation and other traffic offenses.
  • On Oct. 20 at 2:37 a.m., Steven Williams, 27, of N. Park Avenue, Rockville Centre, was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal contempt during an investigation at his home, police said.
