The Nassau County Police Department reported the following arrests for driving while intoxicated for the week ending May 2. All of the following are accusations and do not imply guilt.
- Pietro G. Perich, 58, of Franklin Square, was arrested on Searingtown Road in North Hills on April 26.
- John Jongown Yoo, 33, of Bayside, was arrested on North Marginal Road in Jericho on April 27.
- Cesar D. Sanchez-Hernandez, 20, of Freeport, was arrested on Old Country Road in Westbury on April 27.
- Juan Diaz, 39, of Franklin Square, was arrested at Dave and Busters in Westbury on April 27.
- Alan M. Tessler, 54, of East Rockaway, was arrested at Dunkin' Donuts in Oceanside on April 28.
- Rosa E. Cazares, 46, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested on Carman Avenue in East Meadow on April 28.
- Jose M. Galvez, 28, of Brentwood, was arrested at Dunkin' Donuts in Wantagh on May 1.
- Matthew C. Jacksto, 48, of Bethpage, was arrested at Speedway Gas Station in Bethpage on May 1.
- Patrick J. Black, 37, of Massapequa Park, was arrested on Old Country Road in Westbury on May 2.
