Nassau Police ID Man Wanted For Bowling Alley Assault
Police say the suspect slashed another man in the face without provocation, causing a serious wound.

Nassau police say they have identified the man wanted in connection with an assault in Baldwin as Joey Bondsman, of Hempstead.
According to police, Bondsman, 28, was allegedly outside the Baldwin Bowling Center, located at 2407 grand Ave., at 2:05 a.m. on March 28. Police say that Bondsman approached a 42-year-old man and, without provocation, slashed him in the face with an unknown object, causing a deep wound. The man fled the scene and later flagged down a police officer. He was taken to a hospital where he received more than 50 stitches.
Police say Bondsman's last known address was 16 Booth St. in Hempstead. Anyone with information about Bondsman's whereabouts is asked to call First Squad detectives at (516) 573-6153, dial 911 or call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
