Police are searching for an elderly man from Baldwin that was last seen Friday morning.According to police, Melvin Taylor, 74, was last seen leaving his home wearing a plaid shirt and black jeans and black-framed glasses heading in an unknown direction. Taylor suffers from dementia.He is a black man, 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. Police ask anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to call the Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911. All callers will remain anonymous.
