MINEOLA, NY — Jurors completed the fifth day of deliberation on Monday with returning a verdict in the case of Oceanside murder. Tyler Flach, 21, of Lido Beach, stands accused of fatally stabbing 16-year-old Khaseen Morris after school in Oceanside, more than three years ago. The trial went to the jury last Tuesday. Flach pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree murder and first-degree gang assault.
