Police: Masked Man with Gun Holds Up Franklin Square Bank
Man robbed Chase Bank on Franklin Avenue Thursday morning, cops said.

A man brandished a handgun and robbed a Franklin Square bank Thursday morning, according to Nassau County Police.
Police said a man entered Chase Bank on Franklin Avenue at 8:31 a.m., pulled out a handgun, and verbally demanded cash. A teller cooperated and handed over an undisclosed amount of money before the culprit fled out a rear door, cops said.
Three employees were inside the bank at the time. No one was injured, cops said.

The subject was described as a black man, 6-foot, thin build, and was wearing a white baseball cap with red bill, a mask, dark colored sweatshirt, and jeans.
