Police: Prostitution Charges, Storage Theft in Rockville Centre Last Week

Rockville Centre Police reported the following information. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Oct. 21: Vivian Xiao, 45, of Fresh Meadows, charged with prostitution and unauthorized practice following an investigation by police on North Village Avenue.
• Oct. 21: Li Feng, 48, of Flushing, charged with unauthorized practice following an investigation by police on North Village Avenue.
• Oct. 26: Randy Garcia, 24, of Freeport, charged with driving while impaired and traffic violations following police investigation on Sunrise Highway.

Larceny

• Oct. 26: A Jamaica resident reported personal property stolen from Public Storage on Sunrise Highway.

Unusual Incident

• Oct. 22: A Reeve Road resident said someone accessed their Chase checking account and opened a PayPal account using his information.
• Oct. 23: A Lincoln Court resident said someone used their Citi MasterCard to make $1,470 in purchases.
