Police Searching For Missing Hempstead 15-Year-Old
Police say they're searching for a missing 15-year-old after he was last seen Friday morning leaving his Hempstead home.
HEMPSTEAD, NY — Police are enlisting the public’s help in the search for a 15-year-old boy who was reported missing from his Hempstead home Friday afternoon, police said.
Nassau County police said 15-year-old Joel Villatoro was last seen at 5:30 a.m. Friday leaving his home in Hempstead, describing Villatoro as a hispanic boy standing 5-feet, 8-inches, weighing about 145 lbs with brown eyes and brown hair. His clothing and destination, police said, are unknown.
Police said anyone with information on Villatoro’s whereabouts should contact the missing persons squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911.
