Protecting Seniors from Scams to be Topic of Panel Tuesday
Sen. Kaminsky and the AG's office will give tips for how seniors can keep themselves safe.
On Tuesday, Senator Todd Kaminsky and the Office of the New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman will host an informational forum focused on educating and protecting senior citizens from scams.
The Smart Seniors Forum will be held at the Sandel Senior Center, 50 S. Park Ave. in Rockville Centre, at 11 a.m. Kaminsky will be joined by Assistant Attorney General Toni Logue to discuss the rights of seniors and how they can protect themselves from scams.
