Rockville Centre Announces 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony

The Village of Rockville Centre has set its annual Sept. 11 remembrance ceremony for Sept. 16.

Rockville Centre residents will gather at the Village Green, located on Maple Avenue for the candlelight vigil at 7 p.m. The ceremony will remember those who died and honor the sacrifice they made. There were 18 Rockville Centre residents who died on Sept. 11, 2001.
