On Oct. 25 at 8:29 p.m., Paul V. Locurcio, 55, of Oakland Avenue, West Hempstead, was arrested and charged with DWI and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway and N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre.

On Oct. 27 at 2:37 a.m., Patrel T. Duncan, 21, of Old Mill Court, Rockville Centre, was arrested and charged with petit larceny following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of 168 N. Village Ave., Rockville Centre.
On Oct. 28 at 6:47 p.m., Brendan S. Noce, 46, of Grand Avenue, West Hempstead, was arrested and charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Municipal Parking Field No. 1, Rockville Centre.
On Oct. 29 at 2:45 a.m., Jerome Bell, 36, of Queens, was arrested and charged with second degree harassment following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Municipal Parking Field No. 9, Rockville Centre.
Forgery
On Oct. 27 at 6:15 p.m., a person from Burtis Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that someone altered and passed two checks totaling $1,397.28.
On Oct. 30 at 11:35 p.m., a manager from TGI Friday’s, located at 716 Sunrise Highway, reported that an unknown man presented three different apparently forged credit cards to pay for five bar tabs, totaling $303.20 in losses.
Larceny
On Oct. 26 at noon, a woman from Washington Avenue, Oceanside reported that someone stole a pocketbook containing credit cards from an unlocked car parked at Terry Animal Hospital, located at 3 Washington St., Rockville Centre.
On Oct. 29 at 10:25 p.m., a person from Hausch Boulevard, Roosevelt reported that someone stole an Apple iPhone 6 valued at $700 while they were at TGI Friday’s, located at 716 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre.
Theft of Services
On Oct. 26 at 10:36 p.m., a manager from TGI Friday’s, located at 716 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre, reported that six people ordered food and beverage valued at $239.52 and left the restaurant without paying.
Unusual Incident
On Oct. 24 at 9:32 a.m., a man from Gateway, Rockville Centre, reported that someone attempted to deposit two checks in a Georgia bank using his personal information.
On Oct. 24 at 9:32 a.m., a man from Gateway, Rockville Centre, reported that an acquaintance from Jersey City made an $8.99 Amazon.com purchase using his Visa credit card without authorization.
On Oct. 27 at 2:45 p.m., a woman from Raymond Street, Rockville Centre, reported that a former business partner opened a credit card account using her personal information without authorization.
On Oct. 28 at 5:02 p.m., a manager from NEFCU, located at 556 Merrick Road, Rockville Centre, reported that an ATM service technician discovered a skimming device and camera on the branch ATM machine.
Property Damage
On Oct. 24 at 6:30 p.m., a superintendent from S. Forest Avenue, Rockville Centre, reported that a tenant had damaged a glass door to the building.
Narcotics
On Oct. 24 at 9:18 a.m., an employee from Mercy Medical Center reported that a patient from Oxford Avenue, Los Angeles was found to be in possession of narcotics.
