Arrests
On Feb. 27 at 4:55 p.m., Ossan K. Boone, 29, of 209 Street, Hollis, was arrested and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, vehicle and traffic law violations and an open bench warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Front Street and N. Centre Avenue, Rockville Centre.
On March 1 at 10:35 a.m., Richard Archer, 56, of East Hudson Street, Long Beach, was arrested and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Malverne.

On March 1 at 4:56 p.m., Nicholas G. Casaceli, 36, of Maple Avenue, Rockville Centre, was arrested and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal trespass following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Front Street, Rockville Centre.
On March 4 at 1:03 p.m., Yancy Pettway, 56, of Maine Avenue, Rockville Centre, was arrested and charged with petty larceny following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of 155 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre.

Larcenies
On Feb. 27 at 10:32 a.m., a complainant from Hamilton Road, Rockville Centre, reported that someone stole sunglasses valued at $300 and headphones valued at $300 from a 2003 Chevrolet parked in the driveway.
On Feb. 28 at 7:19 p.m., a complainant from Lincoln Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that someone stole Rockville Centre overnight and resident parking permit stickers from a 2016 Toyota parked in Municipal Parking Field 7, Rockville Centre.
On March 1 at 12:38 p.m., a complainant from Wetherhill Road, Garden City reported that an unknown man was seen stealing a wallet containing $50, credit cards and personal paperwork from a 2014 Ford parked on N. Village Avenue. The man fled on foot toward N. Centre Avenue.
On March 2 at 1:05 a.m., a complainant from Pinebrook Court, West Hempstead reported that someone stole a blue bag containing personal paperwork from in front of Rite Aid, 168 N. Village Ave., Rockville Centre.
On March 2 at 9:10 p.m., a complainant from Shepherd Street, Rockville Centre reported that someone stole a Toshiba Satellite laptop valued at $1,000 and a Rebel Canon Camera valued at $1,100 from the residence.
On March 4 at 12:15 p.m., a loss prevention employee from CVS, located at 155 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre, reported that a known woman stole Nicorette gum valued at $269.95.
Unusual Incident
On March 4 at 12:25 p.m. a complainant from S. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre, reported that someone made eight unauthorized transactions totaling $977.70 against an Astoria Bank account.
Public Lewdness
On Feb. 27 at 8:54 p.m., a 15-year-old girl from Brompton Road, Rockville Centre reported that at approximately 8:50 p.m. a naked man with a flashlight was seen in the backyard committing a lewd act.
On Feb. 27 at 9:42 p.m., a 17-year-old girl from Seaman Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that at approximately 9 p.m. a naked man with a flashlight was observed in the backyard committing a lewd act.
