Arrests
On April 4 at 6:59 p.m., Brian S. Lopez, 28, of Anstice Street, Oyster Bay, was arrested for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, seven open warrants and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway and N. Park Avenue, Rockville Centre.
On April 8 at 3:50 a.m., Kerin V. Charles-Spence, 23, of Branch Avenue, Freeport, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and vehicle and traffic law violation following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Merrick Road, Rockville Centre.

On April 9 at 12:26 a.m., Vincent J. Ingordino, 54, of Cayuga Avenue, North Bellmore, was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of DeMott Avenue and N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre.

On April 9 at 1:52 p.m., a complainant from Valley Stream reported that someone stole a wallet containing social security card, driver’s license and credit cards from a 2004 Honda parked in Municipal Parking Field 9, with subsequent purchases made against accounts without authorization.
Forgery
On April 8 at 2:31 p.m., a complainant from Oceanside reported that someone stole two blank TD Bank business checks from a car parked in the vicinity of Merrick Road and N. Park Avenue, Rockville Centre, and he was later advised that checks for $3,000 and $400 were cashed without authorization.
Unusual Incident
On April 4 at 11:41 a.m., a complainant from Carle Place reported that someone made a threatening telephone call to an employee of State Farm Insurance, located at 75 N. Park Avenue, Rockville Centre, causing annoyance and alarm.
On April 5 at 11:43 a.m., a complainant from S. Kensington Avenue, Rockville Centre, reported that someone made an unauthorized deposit of $3,782.52 to her Bank of America savings account and subsequent unauthorized withdrawals were made, leaving the account overdrawn $890.46.
Village Code Violation
On April 7 at 8:36 p.m., a valet parking attendant from Fhoo Asian Bistro, 284 Sunrise Highway, was issued an appearance ticket for VC Prohibited Free-Standing Sign.
