Harassment

On July 9 at 10:18 a.m., a St. Albans resident reported that someone entered her Sunrise Highway business and slapped her causing annoyance and alarm.

Arrests

On July 3 at 6:15 p.m., Carmen Castro, 51, of Bellmore Avenue, East Meadow, was arrested for an active bench warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway and N. Long Beach Road.

On July 5 at 11:32 p.m., Celonge N. Latimer, 33, of Old Mill Court, Rockville Centre, was arrested for second-degree menacing following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Randall and North Centre Avenues.

On July 8 at 1:12 a.m., Daniel J. Lanza, 57, of Howard Avenue, Freeport, was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, third-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree stalking in the vicinity of CVS, 598 Merrick Rd., Rockville Centre.

On July 8 at 7:51 a.m., Victoria Ives, 19, of Merrick Road, Rockville Centre, was arrested and charged with obstruction of breathing and third-degree assault in the vicinity of her residence.

On July 8 at 7:52 a.m., Matthew McGreevy, 20, of Hoffman Lane, Hauppauge, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in the vicinity of 585 Merrick Rd., Rockville Centre.
