Arrests
On Sept. 4 at 11:47 p.m., Tony L. Prince, 48, of Sycamore Avenue, Hempstead, was arrested for an open bench warrant and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of N. Village Avenue and Osborne Place.
On Sept. 9 at 2:16 a.m., Robert A. Tronolone, 33, of Land Lane, Westbury was arrested for driving while intoxicated following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Hempstead Avenue and Dorchester Road, Rockville Centre.

On Sept. 11 at 4:36 p.m., Abbas Y. Hoosein, 28, of Park Lane, Franklin Square, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Merrick Road.

On Sept. 4 at 9:01 p.m., a resident of N. Centre Avenue was issued an appearance ticket following an investigation of a noise complaint.
On Sept. 10 at 2:20 a.m., a Woodmere resident was issued an appearance ticket for disturbing the peace while in the vicinity of N. Park Avenue.
Larcenies
On Sept. 7 at 11:30 a.m., a complainant from Eileen Street, Franklin Square, reported that a secured Schwinn mountain bicycle and a canvass bag containing personal paperwork and credit cards were stolen from the vicinity of N. Village Avenue and Front Street.
On Sept. 9 at 7:16 p.m., a store manager from King Kullen on Sunrise Highway reported two women stole merchandise.
On Sept. 10 at 3:35 a.m., a complainant from Oceanside reported that an Apple iPhone was stolen while in the vicinity of Municipal Parking Field 1.
Unusual Incident
On Sept. 9 at 1:14 p.m., a complainant from Tarence Street reported that two cell phone lines were opened on his Verizon account without authorization.
Property Damage
On Sept. 10 at approximately 4:52 a.m., the police department was notified by a third party of a large glass break at Certified Coin Consultants, 8 S. Village Ave.
Graffiti
On Sept. 5 at 12:27 a.m., a complainant from N. Centre Avenue reported that graffiti was located on a fence at 274 N. Centre Avenue.
On Sept. 8 at 10:36 a.m., a complainant from 140 N. Centre Avenue reported locating graffiti on a building wall.
