Arrests

On Sept. 12 at 2:45 a.m., Harrison J. Greenberg, 22, from River Road, St. James, was arrested for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway.

On Sept. 12 at 7:51 p.m., Carrie A. Guthrie, 28, from Islip Avenue, Islip, was arrested for petty larceny following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of 598 Merrick Road, Rockville Centre.

On Sept. 13 at 11:53 p.m., William Q. Sutton V, 29, from Meehan Lane, Rockville Centre, was arrested for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Hempstead Avenue and DeMott Avenue.

On Sept. 13 at 11:10 a.m., Al H. Pierre, 29, from Pinebrook Court, West Hempstead, was arrested for fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of N. Centre Avenue and Lakeview Avenue.

On Sept. 15 at 1:20 a.m., Isiah Allston, 27, from Old Mill Court, Rockville Centre, was arrested for first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Old Mill Court.

On Sept. 17 at 4:09 a.m., Nicole C. Smalls, 35, of Patterson Avenue, Hempstead, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway.

On Sept. 17 at 4:09 a.m., Rasheen S. Green, 37, of Church Street, Baldwin, was arrested for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway.

On Sept. 15 at 4:52 p.m., Joseph B. Baracchini, 31, of Bristol Street, Lindenhurst, was arrested for first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Windsor Avenue and Merrick Road, Rockville Centre.

On Sept. 16 at 3:39 a.m., James C. Parzych, 25, of Baisley Avenue, East Rockaway, was arrested for third-degree assault following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Municipal Parking Field 3, Rockville Centre.

Burglary

On Sept. 13 at 5:01 p.m., a resident from Andover Road reported that a wallet and keys were stolen from the unlocked front door.

Assault

On Sept. 16 at 2 a.m., two men reported being assaulted by five unknown men while in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway resulting in injuries requiring medical attention.

Forgery

On Sept. 11 at 2:31 p.m., a complainant from Riverside Drive reported that a mailed Citibank check made out to Verizon was altered and cashed for $2,500.

On Sept. 11 at 1:45 p.m., a branch manager of NEFCU, located at 556 Merrick Road, reported that a woman attempted to receive a check in the amount of $25,000 for a loan that she was approved for online. The woman produced fraudulent identification and then fled the scene in an unknown direction.

Larceny

On Sept. 14 at 5:45 p.m., a complainant from Rite-Aid, located at 168 N. Village Ave., reported that two people stole Plan B emergency contraceptive pills.

On Sept. 17 at 6:59 p.m., a complainant from Berkshire Road reported that three men stole three bicycles from the driveway, one of which was recovered..

Unusual Incident

On Sept. 12 at 9:58 a.m., a complainant from Oakdale Road reported that a New York and Company credit card was opened in his name without authorization.

On Sept. 13 at 1 p.m., a complainant from Jerusalem Avenue, Hempstead, reported that a doctor from Hempstead Avenue may have videotaped her examination without permission.

On Sept. 16 at 8:32 a.m., a complainant from Amherst Court reported that a call regarding a patient made to a Merrick Road medical office alarmed her.

Criminal Mischief

On Sept. 11 at 2:44 p.m., a complainant from Overlook Lane reported that a front window was damaged by a rock.

On Seopt. 16 at 11:52 a.m., a complainant from Florida Street, Long Beach, reported that someone damaged the rear window to a 2010 VW while in the vicinity of Lincoln Avenue.

On Sept. 17 at 12:24 a.m., a complainant from Broadway, Rockville Centre, reported that someone damaged the screen door to the home.

Harassment

On Sept. 11 at 5:48 p.m., a nurse from Mercy Medical Center reported that she was threatened by a patient.

On Sept. 14 at 12:31 a.m., a woman from Meehan Lane reported that she was threatened by an acquaintance.

On Sept. 17 at 5:30 p.m., a man from Wallace Court reported that he was harassed by an acquaintance.
