Assault

On Dec. 17 at 1:05 a.m., a Lindenhurst resident reported that he was involved in a disturbance causing him to suffer facial injuries while at Canon’s Blackthorne Restaurant, 49 N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre.

Burglary

On Dec. 15 at 7:11 a.m., the owner of Brito Deli, located at 505 Merrick Road, reported that someone broke the glass on the front door and broke into the business, stealing cash and cigarettes.

Larceny

On Dec. 16 at 7:22 a.m., a Maine Avenue resident reported that an acquaintance stole jewelry and tablet computers while she was inside his home.

On Dec. 16 at 11:51 a.m., an employee of Lucky Finds Boutique, located at 7A N. Park Ave., reported that two people stole her pocketbook containing her wallet and credit card.

On Dec. 16 at 3:02 p.m., an employee of McCaben and Flynn Law Office, located at 49 Front St., reported that someone signed for a FEDEX delivery of a computer that was delivered to her office and stole it.

On Dec. 18 at 11:34 a.m., a Brower Avenue resident reported that someone stole her jacket and car keys while she was inside Intoxx Gym, located at 279 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre.

On Dec. 18 at 5:01 PM, a security officer at CVS, located at 598 Merrick Road, reported that someone stole several products from the shelves of the store and exited the store without paying for them.

Menacing

On Dec. 15 at 3:32 a.m., a South Hempstead resident reported that a passenger in a passing black Honda Civic menaced him with a handgun while traveling northbound on North Long Beach Road, Rockville Centre.

Robbery

On Dec. 19 at 6:25 a.m., an Ongley Street resident reported that someone pointed a gun at him and stole his cell phone and cash while in the vicinity of Ongley Street.

Arrests

On Dec. 16 at 10:09 a.m., Michael Treacy, 55, of Maren Street, West Hempstead, was arrested and charged with third degree assault and fourth degree criminal mischief in the vicinity of Front Street, Rockville Centre.

On Dec. 12 at 11:45 a.m., Elijah Crawford, 46, of Cedar Street, Hempstead, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and vehicle and traffic law violations in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre.

On Dec. 13 at 8:49 a.m., Diana Bradley, 29, of 250th Street, Rosedale, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and vehicle and traffic law violations in the vicinity of North Village Avenue, Rockville Centre.

On Dec. 14 at 4:15 p.m., Eric Lengemann, 36, of Nassau Avenue, Malverne, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and vehicle and traffic law violations in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre.

On Dec. 16 at 9:55 p.m., Lauren Anne Bocketti, 49, of New York Avenue, Massapequa, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and vehicle and traffic law violations in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway.

On Dec. 17 at 1:27 a.m., Edilberto Trujillo, 53, of Bungalow Place, Oceanside, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and vehicle and traffic law violations in the vicinity of Lincoln Avenue.
