Arrests
On Nov. 6 at 12:49 p.m., Kerry Gonzales, 20, of Baldwin, was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana and an open bench warrant following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway and N. Long Beach Road.
On Nov. 8 at 9:30 a.m., Vijay M. Jaggernauth, 22, of Ozone Park was arrested for an active NYC arrest warrant for fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway and Morris Avenue.

On Nov. 11 at 12:35 p.m., Tyrell Binwood, 24, of West Hempstead, was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful possession of marijuana and vehicle and traffic law violations in the vicinity of N. Centre Avenue, Rockville Centre.
On Nov. 12 at 4:54 a.m., David Antonio Caba, 22, of Freeport, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and vehicle and traffic law violations in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre.

Assault
On Nov. 9 at 9:47 p.m., a complainant from Banks Avenue reported that he was assaulted by three males while in the vicinity of Nassau Street.
Public Lewdness
On Nov. 9 at 11:32 a.m., a woman from Uniondale reported that she observed an unknown male committing a lewd act in Hempstead Lake State Park.
Forgery
On Nov. 9 at 11:40 a.m., an attorney from Merrick reported that someone cashed two fraudulent checks totaling $10,000.
Larceny
On Nov. 9 at 11:45 a.m., a woman from Kirkwall Court reported that a purse containing personal property, including an Apple iPhone, was stolen from her vehicle while parked in the King Kullen parking lot.
On NOv. 12 at 12:36 a.m., a Garden City resident reported that an someone stole her pocketbook containing her cell phone, car keys and credit cards while she was inside a N. Park Avenue business.
On Nov. 13 at 12:25 p.m., a complainant from Inwood reported that an Xtreme Power snow sweeper valued at $2,199.99, owned by Mill River Residence, was stolen from the vicinity of Meehan Lane.
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle
On Nov. 10 at 1:25 p.m., an employee of U-Haul, 230 Maple Ave., reported that a customer failed to return a rental vehicle.
Criminal Mischief
On Nov. 6 at 4:41 p.m., a complainant from N. Village Avenue reported that a 2016 Jeep was damaged while parked in Municipal Parking Field 3.
On Nov. 7 at 8:53 a.m., a complainant from N. Long Beach Road reported that four tires to a 2002 Suzuki parked on Russell Place were damaged.
On Nov. 12 at 11:23 p.m., a Maple Avenue resident reported that an unknown person damaged the exterior of her motor vehicle.
On Nov. 13 at 7:41 a.m., a complainant from S. Centre Avenue reported that a 2015 Toyota was damaged by unknown means while parked in King Kullen parking lot.
Harassment
On Nov. 6 at 6:14 p.m., a complainant from Lakeview Avenue reported that she received unwanted texts and phone calls from an acquaintance causing annoyance and alarm.
On Friday, 11/10/2017 at 2:39 PM, a Buckingham Road resident reported that an unknown person sent her unwanted text messages causing annoyance and alarm.
Juvenile
On Nov. 7 at 7:16 p.m., a complainant from Pine Street reported three known juvenile males etched a word on wet concrete.
