Arrests

On Dec. 21 at 12:07 a.m., Spencer Evans III, 23, of Cory Lane, East Meadow, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana, third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and vehicle and traffic law offenses in the vicinity of N. Centre Avenue, Rockville Centre.

On Dec. 22 at 10:41 p.m., Justin Portocarrero, 25, of Howard Street, Lakeview, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and vehicle and traffic law violations in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre.

On Dec. 23 at 10:32 a.m., Jose E. Cabrera, 38, of W. Orchard Street, Hempstead, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of N. Long Beach Road and Vincent Street, Rockville Centre.

Larceny

On Dec. 21 at 10:09 p.m., a N. Village Avenue resident reported that someone stole her wristlet containing a cell phone, credit cards and cash while she was in Home Goods, 150 N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre.

On Dec. 21 at 3:55 p.m., a Riverside Drive resident reported that someone used her credit card to make an online purchase and then attempted to retrieve the package from her residence when it was delivered.

Criminal Mischief

On Dec. 23 at 1:42 a.m., a Seaford resident reported that someone damaged a utility conduit on the exterior of Holy Cow Restaurant, 17 S. Park Avenue, Rockville Centre.

On Dec. 24 at 8:42 p.m., a complainant from Hempstead Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that a kitchen window was damaged by unknown means.
