Criminal Mischief

Arrest

On July 1 at 10:02 a.m., Christopher M. Digiuseppe, 32, of Merrick, was arrested and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, circumvention of an interlock device, third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle and disorderly conduct following an investigation at a hotel on Sunrise Highway.
