On Jan. 11 at 9:59 a.m., Victor J. Molina, 41, of Hatcher Court, Amityville, was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and traffic infractions following a police investigation on Merrick Road, Rockville Centre.
On Jan. 11 at 2:07 p.m., Meghin Lewis-Brooks, 21, of West Fairview Avenue, Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument and second-degree scheme to defraud after attempting to deposit fraudulent checks at a bank on Merrick Road, Rockville Centre.

On Jan. 12 at 11:06 p.m., Cole Biondo, 20, of Ivy Road, Rocky Point, was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations while in the vicinity of N. Centre Avenue, Rockville Centre.
On Jan. 13 at 3:47 p.m., Kassim M. Oliver, 35, of Baltimore, Maryland, was arrested for two open warrants for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Lincoln Avenue and S. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre.

On Jan. 14 at 6:43 p.m., Suzanne E. Tkacs, 45, of N. Forest Avenue, Rockville Centre was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal contempt following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of N. Forest Avenue, Rockville Centre.
On Jan. 14 at 1:51 a.m., Kyle C. Corcoran, 21, of Charing Cross Road, Baldwin, was arrested and charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test following a car accident investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway and N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre.
On Jan. 14 at 4:25 a.m., Jill A. Soller, 28, of Laurel Avenue, Baldwin, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following an auto accident investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of N. Oceanside Road, Rockville Centre.
On Jan. 16 at 5:38 p.m., Jason Adams, 39, of Langdon Boulevard, Lakeview, was arrested and charged with false personation, unlawful possession of marijuana, vehicle and traffic law violations and an open warrant for fourth-degree criminal mischief following a police investigation in the vicinity N. Centre Avenue and Wilson Lane, Rockville Centre.

On Jan. 15 at 7:12 p.m., a complainant from Cohancy Street, Queens reported that at approximately 2:45 a.m.he was assaulted by unknown people while in Parlay Gastropub, located at 212 Merrick Road, Rockville Centre, resulting in injuries requiring medical attention.
Larcenies
On Jan. 12 at 12:30 p.m., a Sherman Avenue resident reported that someone stole a package delivered by UPS from her front stoop.
On Jan. 12 at 8:36 p.m., a N. Oceanside Road resident reported that someone stole assorted jewelry from her bedroom.
On Jan. 15 at 12:42 a.m., a complainant from Holland Avenue, the Bronx reported that a sweater and a jacket containing $700 was stolen from a chair in the Beach House bar, located at 21 S. Park Avenue, Rockville Centre.
On Jan. 13 at 1:57 p.m., a complainant from Shore Road, Long Beach reported that an Apple iPhone valued at $200 was stolen while at 7-Eleven, located at 128 N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre.
On Jan. 13 at 5:12 p.m., a woman from Banks Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that a package containing a tote bag was stolen from in front of her apartment door.
On Jan. 16 at 8:31 p.m., a woman from Atlantic Avenue, East Rockaway, reported that someone stole a gold chain with gold cross valued at $200 from her purse while at Mercy Medical Center, located at 1000 N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre.

On Jan. 11 at 8:47 p.m., a Lincoln Court resident reported being contacted by a subject in violation of an Order of Protection.
Unusual Incidents
On Jan. 10 at 10 a.m., a Maine Avenue resident reported that an someone opened a Verizon account using his personal information without authorization.
On Jan. 11 at 9:40 a.m., a South Hempstead resident reported someone used her information to open a Sprint account.
On Jan. 12 at 8:38 p.m., an Argyle Place resident reported that someone called her home and requested that she purchase iTunes gift cards as payment for fixing a virus on her computer.
On Jan. 14 at 3:24 p.m., a woman from Huber Court, Rockville Centre reported that someone opened a Lord and Taylor credit card account using her personal information and made $1,106 in unauthorized purchases.
On Jan. 16 at 4:53 p.m., a woman from Reeve Road, Rockville Centre reported that someone made $1,189.85 in unauthorized charges against her Sears credit card account.
Criminal Mischief
On Jan. 11 at 4:15 p.m., a babysitter on N. Village Avenue reported her employer’s estranged husband attempted to gain entry into the home, placing her in fear of her safety; the babysitter later found the door of her car damaged.
On Jan. 11 at 10:10 a.m., a Riverside Drive resident reported his car was damaged while it was parked on Morris Avenue.
Property Damage
On Jan. 12 at 12:45 p.m., a Riverside Drive resident reported that the emblem on the hood of her car was damaged while it was parked in front of her home.
On Jan. 15 at 6:10 p.m., a man from Broadway, New York reported that while traveling on Lincoln Avenue, Rockville Centre, he drove over a pothole resulting in two flat tires valued at $280.
Property Found
On Jan. 15 at 1:20 p.m., two people from Rockville Centre reported finding four Hornady .38 caliber bullets on the sidewalk in the vicinity of Citibank, located at 297 Merrick Road, Rockville Centre.
On Jan. 15 at 2:52 p.m., a woman from Morris Avenue, Rockville Centre reported finding an Ithaca Deer Slayer shotgun at her home belonging to her deceased husband and requested that it be destroyed.
