Arrests
On Sept. 13 at 2:53 p.m., Cornell D. Adams, 45, of 5th Avenue, New York City was arrested and charged with a Village Code violation for an open container of alcoholic and an open Lynbrook warrant for open container following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Front Street, Rockville Centre.
On Sept. 13 at 5:35 p.m., Silas D. Baugh, 30, of Mason Street, Hempstead was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of N. Centre Avenue, Rockville Centre.

On Sept. 14 at 12:08 a.m., Amarilis D. Marmol, 43, of Randall Avenue, Freeport was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated following an auto accident investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Lakeview Avenue, Rockville Centre.
On Sept. 14 at 9:48 p.m., Stephane Dimitri Gentilus, 19, of McKenn Place, Uniondale was arrested for an open warrant for disorderly conduct following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Municipal Parking Field No. 3, Rockville Centre.

On Sept. 14 at 10:32 p.m., Devon Julius Alleyne, 23, of Harrison Avenue, Freeport was arrested and charged with second degree criminal impersonation, third degree identity theft and a parking violation following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of PC Richards, 307 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre.
On Sept. 15 at 10:51 p.m., Jonathan Paez, 29, of Lenox Avenue, Uniondale was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Sunrise Highway and Yorktown Street, Rockville Centre.
On Sept. 17 at 7:35 p.m., Frank A. Latorre, 55, of N. Forest Avenue, Rockville Centre was arrested and charged with second degree criminal possession of marijuana and first degree criminal contempt following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of his residence.
On Sept. 19 at 7:44 a.m., Randy E. Almonte, 31, of Rutland Road, Freeport was arrested and charged with second degree criminal contempt following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of S. Forest Avenue, Rockville Centre.
Burglary (Attempt)
On Sept. 17 at 9:52 a.m., a woman from Westminster Road, Rockville Centre reported that at approximately 3:30 a.m., someone removed a metal covering on a basement window in an attempt to enter her residence.
Larcenies
On Sept. 15 at 6:20 p.m., a person from N. Centre Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that someone stole a 2015 Ford from a parking lot.
On Sept. 16 at 1:20 a.m., a complainant from Lord Avenue, Inwood reported that someone stole an Apple laptop computer valued at $1,200, a bag containing personal paperwork and $300 from a 1997 Ford motor vehicle parked in Municipal Parking Field No. 2, Rockville Centre.
On Sept. 18 at 4:30 p.m., a man from Lakeside Drive, Rockville Centre reported that someone withdrew $1,000 from his bank account at an ATM without his authorization.
On Sept. 18 at 7:02 p.m., a man from Fountain Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that someone stole his briefcase and a flashlight from his unlocked vehicle while it was parked in the driveway of the residence.
On Sept. 18 at 2:27 a.m., a woman from St. Albans, Queens reported that someone stole her wallet containing an iPhone, credit cards and $200 from Cannon’s Blackthorn Restaurant, 49 N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre.
Criminal Mischief
On Sept. 12 at 9:21 a.m., a complainant from S. Kensington Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that their car was damaged by someone while parked in the driveway.
On Sept. 17 at 10:17 a.m., a N. Park Avenue business owner reported that an someone damaged the awning on the front of his business.
On Sept. 19 at 7:57 a.m., a complainant from Windsor Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that the driver-side tires on a 2005 Hyundai motor vehicle were damaged by someone while the car was parked in Municipal Parking Field No. 26.
Unusual Incident
On Sept. 14 at 10 p.m., a woman from Morris Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that sometime since June 21, someone made a purchase of $10.443.18 against her Discover credit card account without authorization.
On Sept. 14 at 2:28 p.m., a woman from N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that she discovered railroad explosives while cleaning her father’s residence. They were removed by the Nassau County Police Department.
On Sept. 17 at 3:08 p.m., a woman from Cambridge Street, Rockville Centre reported that someone made purchases using her debit card number without authorization.
On Sept. 19 at 4:29 p.m., a man from N. Forest Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that an unknown person representing himself as the IRS convinced him to purchase and forward serial numbers to iTunes gift cards for supposed taxes owed, resulting in a $1,000 loss.
On Sept. 19 at 12:15 p.m, a complainant from Lincoln Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that someone made four unauthorized debit account withdrawals in Queens resulting in a $1,009 loss.
Found Property
On Sept. 16 at 8:40 p.m., a Pine Street resident reported that she found an ATM card inside HSBC Bank, 330 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre.
Juvenile Investigation
On Sept. 15 at 9:23 a.m., police personnel conducted an investigation regarding a school bomb threat on social media that resulted in the custodialization of a juvenile subject. The juvenile made an non-credible threat against South Side High School and was custodialized.
