On Aug. 21 6:52 p.m., Robert E. Herbst, 51, of Lindell Boulevard, Long Beach, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child after he was observed by police driving a car on Sunrise Highway with two child passengers.
On Aug. 21 at 7:16 p.m., Sally Muckle, 50, of Austin Boulevard, Island Park, was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child on Sunrise Highway.
