RVC Residents Can Expect Temporary Issues Paying Water, Electric
While software upgrades are being made, customers will need to forgo credit card and echeck payment options.
ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY — Residents will need to find other ways to pay their electric and water bills for now. Due to software upgrades, credit card and echeck payments are temporarily suspended on the village's website and by phone.
However, payments can still be made using check or money order, the village wrote on its website.
They didn't offer a specific timetable for when customers will have full options for the billing system, other than to say they hope it gets completed "soon."
