RVC Vet Business Plans ‘PawLooza’ Opening Bash
The business opening event will take place Saturday.
ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY. — Long Island pet owners will have the chance to bring their furry friends out for fun Saturday, as Rockville Centre veterinary hospital PetOne hosts a free “PetOne PawLooza” from 12-4 p.m.
The event is being held to launch the vet network’s refurbished collection of hospitals, featuring giveaways, pet treats, people treats, activities and meet and greets with veterinary staff. During those meet and greets, the provider said, visitors will be able to ask some questions about their pets’ general health and take a behind-the-scenes look at the hospital.
Finally, Best Friends Animal Society will be on hand with pets eligible for adoption.

“PetOne PawLooza is our way of celebrating the incredible pet community here in Queens and Long Island,” PetOne Rockville Centre Hospital Manager Caitlan Monte said.
That celebration, officials with the hospital said, would also feature a photo booth to commemorate the occasion.

The Rockville Centre location is one of PetOne’s seven locations across Queens and LongIsland, including locations in Forest Hills, Glen Oaks, Little Neck, Bayside, Deer Park and Wantagh. For Monte, the reopening is a chance to build some community in addition to showing folks around their new location.
“We’re excited to welcome neighbors into our hospital, introduce our veterinary teams, and create a fun afternoon where pet parents can connect, ask questions, and celebrate the pets who mean so much to our families.”
The PawLooza will take place at PetOne's Rockville Centre location, located at 120 N. Village Ave., Rockville Centre.
