Arrest
On Friday, Sept. 2 at 9:14 a.m., Odey O. Abang, 28, of Centennial Avenue, North Baldwin, was arrested and charged with attempted petit larceny following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of N. Long Beach Road and Seaman Avenue, Rockville Centre.
On Friday, Sept. 2 at 10:27 p.m., Angela P. Lopez, 27, of E. Market Street, Long Beach, was arrested and charged with second degree aggravated unlicensed operation and vehicle and traffic law violations following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of Maple Avenue, Rockville Centre.

On Saturday, Sept. 3 at 1:55 a.m., Ronald R. Miller, 38, of S. Ocean Avenue, Freeport, was arrested and charged with third degree burglary, possession of burglar tools and third degree criminal mischief following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre.
On Sunday, Sept. 4 at 2:44 a.m., Brandon Cody Hendrix, 31, of St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested and charged with third degree assault following an investigation by police personnel in the vicinity of N. Park Avenue, Rockville Centre.

Burglary
On Tuesday, Aug. 30 at 9:20 a.m., a manager from Pure and Simple Health Wellness Center, located at 128 N. Long Beach Road, reported that sometime since Monday, Aug. 29 at 6 p.m., someone removed an air conditioner unit, entered the business through a window and stole a register containing $250 and credit cards.
Larceny
On Wednesday, Aug. 31 at 4:12 p.m., a manager from TGI Fridays, loated at 716 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre, said that a former employee from Queens voided checks without permission and stole a total of $50,295.27.
On Thursday, Sept. 1 at 9, a commuter reported the theft of his RVC parking sticker while his vehicle was parked in Municipal Parking Field 3.
On Thursday, Sept. 1 at 11:30 p.m., a taxi driver reported four passengers fled his vehicle without paying their fare on N. Park Avenue.
On Friday, Sept. 2 at 8:30 a.m., a person from N. Long Beach Road, Rockville Centre reported that someone stole a blue and white Huffy mountain bicycle valued at $150 from the side of the house.
On Friday, Sept. 2 at 9:45 AM, a manager from Saint Agnes Cathedral, located at 29 Quealy Place, Rockville Centre, reported that on Thursday, Sept. 1 at approximately 2:30 p.m., someone stole cash from a donation box located within the cathedral.
On Friday, Sept. 2 at 12:09 p.m., a woman from Brower Avenue reported that someone sent her a check in the amount of $2,050 for a purported $650 eBay furniture purchase; the complainant sent the difference back to the buyer prior to the check being returned by the bank as unpaid, resulting in a $1,370 loss.
Unusual Incident
On Tuesday, Aug. 30 at 12:37 p.m., a director from the Rockville Centre Housing Authority reported that someone placed garbage in front of a door at 160 N. Centre Avenue without permission.
