Teens Attack, Rob Man Walking In Nassau

A man was assaulted and robbed by a group of teenagers as he was walking in Lakeview on Saturday night.

According to police, the 34-year-old man was walking on Woodfield Road, at the corner of Pershing Boulevard, at 10:30 p.m. Police say he was struck from behind by five teenagers and knocked to the ground. The teens kept bunching and kicking him, and then stole his cell phone, a gold necklace and his cash.

The victim was driven to a hospital for treatment of his injuries, which were not life threatening.
