Local Business in the Arts to Make People Smile
We live in a world of chaos, energy that continues, which makes life 'alive'. Total Chaos T-shirts & Caps is a unique company that makes unique products. Owned and operated by Long Island artist, Lisa L Cangemi, began back in 2006. Cangemi felt inspired to create colorful and alive shirts, hats and umbrellas, with a UNIQUE feel. A line of shirts, hats & umbrellas she makes also have PAW PRINTS for animal/pet lovers!
Cangemi is a native to the SOUTH SHORE of Long Island. She is a graduate from the School of Visual Arts (NYC) , has her own Graphic Design agency (C&C Graphic Design - www.ccgraphics.net), has taught art, design & photography classes at various colleges in New York State, as well as local painting classes in Oceanside, Valley Stream and Long Beach area.
Total Chaos T shirts this year has brought to the table 'LOCAL' shirts and INDIVIDUAL & UNIQUE shirts you can have made up for yourself!

Cangemi creates her own designs for screen printing, and makes all shirts herself. Excellent quality, that all wash well and last!
Each week during the summer, Cangemi is located with her selling space at Arts in the Plaza, at Kennedy Plaza in Long Beach. Arts in the Plaza is a Long Beach city event, that takes place between May and October, every Saturday from 10am to 3pm. There are many art vendors who create their own arts & crafts.

"The most valuable thing is to support local business and local artists", Cangemi states. The Farmers Market also is open at the same time each week, with local farmers, and food products made on Long Island.
The energy does not stop there! Each week, at Arts in the Plaza, live music is performed by local musicians, and singers.
Sammy and Ben Metzger are the managers of Arts in the Plaza, and do a great job bringing together the many 'Artists' of the Island to the Long Beach scene.
