Town Of Hempstead 'Passport Day' Efficiently Sets Up Travel Documents
It's scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 11 by appointment only.
HEMPSTEAD, NY — Sure, it's going to get colder and there is plenty of time for a snowstorm or two, but the Town of Hempstead wants residents to get into a warmer mindset.
They are holding a "Weekend Passport Day" on Saturday, Feb. 11 at Town Hall.
The event is a one-stop shop for travelers, where they can apply for essential documents before traveling.

It's being held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. by appointment only at 516 812-3100.

Residents can take a photo during the appointment for an additional fee.
The town's "Passport Shop" is also available during regular business hours by appointment.
