B2K Construction Completes New Starbucks in Ronkonkoma
B2K Construction delivers new 2,200-sq-ft drive-thru Starbucks in Ronkonkoma on time and on budget.

On time and on budget, the latest Starbucks has a brand new barista buddy, B2K Construction, whose team helped cut the ribbon on a new 2,200-square-foot, drive-thru Starbucks at 3365 Veterans Memorial Highway, Ronkonkoma, marking another milestone in the firm’s commitment to high-quality, community-focused development. Construction began in May 2025, with turnover to Starbucks completed on October 31, 2025, followed by the store’s official opening on March 6, 2026.
Joined by Islip Town Supervisor Angie Carpenter and Starbuck executives, B2K Construction president Jon Weiss stated, “This project reflects how we approach every build. We solve challenges proactively, adapting when needed, and delivering on schedule, on budget, and in this case, just in time for that morning cup of Starbucks java.”

“We’re excited to open our doors in Ronkonkoma and become part of the community,” said Starbucks Development Manager Cory Bertram. “Working with B2K Construction allowed us to create a space that is both convenient and welcoming for the community.”

B2K Construction managed all major aspects of the work, including site development, foundations, structural steel, framing, exterior façade, utilities, and drive thru installation. The team also coordinated closely with partners to ensure all systems were properly integrated and aligned with overall requirements.
Just as critical, B2K Construction secured all necessary approvals from New York State, Suffolk County, and the Town of Islip, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex regulatory processes while achieving project milestones.
In addition to the building itself, B2K Construction led all site development efforts, including utilities, roadway improvements, and drive-thru installation, while maintaining close coordination with local stakeholders to minimize disruption.
