How Healthy is Your School? Rye School Lunch Nutrition Calculator

Today, Rye Patch featured a profile on the school lunch program in Rye. School lunch programs across the country could be receiving an additional $4.5 billion in funding if a measure currently moving through Congress is approved.

Though only 5 percent of school children in Rye received free or reduced lunches, if passed, the bill could have lasting consequences on many school districts and set nutritional standards by which many food services programs would have to abide.
