2 Flee After Car Crashes Into Long Island Home

CORAM, NY – Police were searching Monday night for two people who fled from a car after it crashed into a Long Island home.

A white Infiniti crashed into a house on Orleans Green near Ridge Road in Coram just after 9 p.m.

The Coram and Selden fire departments worked to remove the vehicle safely from the home. Coram fire commanders requested a fire marshal and building inspector to the scene due to significant structural damage.

The driver and a passenger fled the scene of the crash on foot. No one inside the home was injured, police said.
