RONKONKOMA, NY —A single-engine Pilatus PC-12 aircraft taxiining two people onboard struck a parked Hawker jet at Long Island MacArthur Airport on Wednesday morning, an Islip Town spokeswoman said
The strike happened on Hawthorne Aviation ramp, which is in a part of the airport that is separate from where large passenger airlines have hangars, and both planes were damaged, Caroline Smith said.
