4 Hurt After Nicolls Road Crash Causes Car To Overturn
One person was seriously injured in the crash early Tuesday, police say.
HOLBROOK — A crash in Holbrook early Tuesday left four people hurt, including one seriously, police said. A Toyota Corolla was heading north on Nicolls Road around 12:30 a.m. when it hit a Toyota Camry that was also heading north, Suffolk County police said.
The crash caused the Camry to flip near Patchogue-Holbrook Road. A 56-year-old Coram man who had been sitting in the front passenger side of the Camry was rushed to Stony Brook University Hospital with serious injuries, police said. He is expected to survive.
A 22-year-old Centereach man, a 57-year-old Port Jefferson Station man and a 28-year-old Holbrook man who were in the Camry were taken to Long Island Community Hospital in East Patchogue for treatment as well, police said. All are expected to survive.
