The Holbrook community has been hit with a petty thief roaming the neighborhood in the early morning hours.
The SCPD is urging residents to call police if they've been a victim in the recent car break-ins (mostly of unlocked cars) in Holbrook. Let's beat this punk to his own game and everyone LOCK YOUR CARS, don't leave anything valuable and just follow the attached PDF from the SCPD.
