SELDEN, NY — A teenager on a bicycle was struck on the Fourth Of July in Selden, Suffolk police said.
It happened just after 6 p.m. on Blue Point Road, between Emily and Elmwood avenues, according to police.
The injury was non-life-threatening, police said.
No additional details were available.
It was not the only crash that snarled traffic on Saturday.
Earlier in the day at around 3:30 p.m., a 2026 Toyota pickup-truck was rear-ended by a 2021 Nissan SUV, police said.
No one was hurt.
