iPad Worth $350 Swiped From Centereach Porch: Police

CENTEREACH, NY — Suffolk police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect they say swiped a package
containing an iPad worth $350 from the porch of a home on Manhattan Avenue in Centereach back in June.

It happened at around 10 a.m. on June 10, and they fled the scene in a black Mercedes-Benz, according to police.

In images from security video, the suspect can be seen wearing an orange hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and light-colored sandals.

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.

Anyone with information about these incidents can submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app, which can be downloaded through the App Store, or Google Play by searching P3 Tips. Tips can also be submitted online at P3Tips.com.

All calls, text messages, and emails will be kept confidential, police said.
