RONKONKOMA, NY — Area firefighters responded to a truck fire in Ronkonkoma on Saturday, authorities said.
Suffolk police received a 911 call for a fire that started on Easton Street at around 5:50 pm., a spokesperson said.
The fire was extinguished by the Lakeland Fire Department, Suffolk Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Services said.
The cause of the fire has not been determined, News 12 reported.
In dramatic video obtained by the news outlet, flames and smoke can be seen billowing from the vehicle.
